These terms and conditions apply to all orders and supersede all others. By using this site, you expressly accept and agree to abide by all the terms and conditions contained in this statement. Please read through them carefully before placing an order. We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions from time to time without notice.
All prices quoted are in £ sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery charges (if applicable).
Standard delivery times for most orders is 5-7 working days from placement of order, however, during peak times the dispatch can be longer, especially if you are placing a large order. If you need your items by a specific date with a tight deadline, please do not order online and contact us via email or telephone instead. Small orders will be sent via Royal Mail using their ‘signed for’ service, and larger orders will be dispatched by courier. In both cases, the items will be tracked but will need to be signed for, so please provide a shipping address where someone will be available to sign for the package if possible. It is the customers’ responsibility to make sure that all contact details, including the delivery address, are correct and that the customer is able to accept the delivery at all times. Inprints takes no responsibility for packages that fail to be delivered or signed for due to incorrect contact information, or addresses that are inaccesible at time of delivery. All delivery times are to be treated as estimates only. No liability is accepted by Inprints for any loss arising from delay or error in the delivery of goods.
Payment for orders shall be made at the checkout section of the website, by credit or debit card.
Orders & Garments
Because we begin processing orders immediately after confirmation, submitted orders are considered final. We will try to accomodate order changes or cancellation requests, but cannot guarantee our ability to complete them. Goods are subject to availability; as there is a period of time between your order being placed and when the order is fulfilled, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If a particular item or brand that you have ordered is out of stock, we will endeavour to supply you with the nearest equivalent. We will endeavour to notify you as soon as possible via email if there is a problem with your order, and if possible, offer a reasonable solution or refund. We reserve the right to refuse an order.
Please choose the size of your garment very carefully, as the stated sizes and measurements, whilst reasonably accurate and ‘industry standard’, are approximate only. Any measurements given on product descriptions relate to the measurement of an individual’s chest and not the actual garment itself. Please note that as most of our products are personalised, bespoke items, we are unable to exchange or refund any item ordered by the customer which is deemed an incorrect size. Whilst we have made every effort to display as closely as possible the colours of the products that appear on our website, we cannot guarantee that the colour display on your device or monitor will accurately reflect the colour of the physical product.
Garment After Care
We strongly recommend that you wash any printed garments on a cool 30 degree wash, inside out, and iron the garment inside out. Also, do not tumble dry or dry clean any printed garments.
Inprints will not accept responsibility for any misspellings, grammatical errors or design errors caused by the customer. Personalised items will only be eligible for a refund or exchange if the garment itself is faulty. Goods will only be accepted for return with prior arrangement. Refunds will only be made to the original credit or debit card.
Claims arising from damages, delay or partial loss in transit must be made via email so as to reach us within 5 working days of delivery. All claims with regard to the quality or quantity of the goods must be made via email so as to reach us within 5 working days of receipt of goods, or such goods shall be deemed to comply with the terms of the contract. Claims in respect of non-delivery must be made so as to reach us within 15 working days from placement of order.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Inprints nor any of its directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or the information, content, materials or products included on this site. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of damage to property and claims of third parties.
These terms and conditions will be interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
